Before you spend anything

A sauna is a large, hard-to-return purchase with installation requirements. Things worth settling first:

Electrical. This is the one people miss. The Solstice 1-person and Equinox need a dedicated 120V/20A circuit. The Solstice 4-person, and both Luminars, need 240V. The Eclipse needs 30A. If you do not have the right circuit, budget for an electrician — that can exceed the value of any discount code several times over.

Space and delivery. Measure the room, and measure the route to it. Doorways, stairs, and turns matter with a cabin this size.

Return economics. Returning a sauna is not returning a blanket. Read the return and shipping terms before ordering, not after.

Whether you will use it. The honest question. If you have never done consistent heat therapy, a sauna blanket is a few hundred dollars and tells you whether the habit sticks. Plenty of expensive saunas become expensive storage.

What heat therapy actually does

Briefly, and conservatively.

Raising core temperature relaxes muscles, eases stiffness, increases peripheral circulation, and enforces a period of stillness that many people find genuinely useful for sleep and stress. Research on traditional and infrared saunas is encouraging but limited, and most of it is not on these specific cabins.

Sweat is not a detox pathway — that is thermoregulation, and your liver and kidneys handle clearance. Weight lost in a session is water you regain on rehydration. Any brand or retailer selling you a sauna on detox or fat-loss grounds is overselling it.

Heat exposure is not right for everyone. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions or low blood pressure, or take medication affecting heat regulation or hydration, talk to a doctor first.
